• Total gross construction area allocated to the accommodation units – 2,180.00 m2
• At this stage the study was carried out for two possible accommodation units, Apartment or Studio. • In the Apartment option, we have a total of 36 Units (7 T0; 7 T1; 22 T2)
• In the Studio option, we have a total of 46 Units (7 T0; 37 T1; 2 T2)

This solution has already been the subject of an informal presentation at the City Council, verifying its inclusion in the Lagoa PDM, and the possibility of submitting the PIP (Prior Information Request) and its more than likely approval.
