Description
Welcome to Prata Riverside Village.
The city of Lisbon and the Prata area have always had each other. United by the river, inspired by the light, enchanted by the view, heirs of a single riverfront. All they needed to do was get to know a project capable of changing the way we live in one of the most special places in the city. Now imagine that this project is your home.
On one side you have the Tagus River and the unique charm of the streets that connect historic areas of Lisbon, such as Terreiro do Paço, Alfama and Marvila. On the other side you will find more Tagus River and the stage for an exhibition that the world will not forget. Between these two worlds is the riverfront where Renzo Piano, an Italian architect distinguished with a Pritzker Prize, decided to design what some consider a reference project, others a work of art: his apartment.
Living at Prata Riverside Village is a life choice. Lisbon is clearly a city with a rare view, but watching the birth of a project with this architectural nature, capable of changing one of the city's most precious riverfronts, is something simply unique. It's about choosing to wake up, day after day, and see what work of art the light and the river are drawing, what colors they chose, what texture, what inspiration they left you in the landscape that your balcony illustrates. There are things that only your home can give you.
But living at Prata Riverside Village is also about the pleasure of choice. Between restaurants or local shops, between art centers or green areas, between a walk by the river or one of several routes that you can do by bike.
Marvila was once one of Lisbon's trendy neighborhoods before disappearing from the scene, for a moment, only to reinvent itself and surprise those who live nearby. Neighbors, visitors, bons vivants, everyone is welcome to the concept restaurants, the signature breweries, the art galleries and the bars that the old corners reveal.
The proximity of Prata Riverside Village to the vibrant area of the Marvila neighborhood is not merely geographical. It's cultural and gastronomic, it's knowing that you leave home and have an art gallery to visit in the heart of Prata before going to lunch at a historic restaurant in Marvila. Or vice versa, because a pleasant walk is guaranteed both on the way there and on the way back. This other side of the peace that is part of your home also means that the window of the exclusive store on Avenida
da Liberdade moved to Prata, and now shows itself there near the new Delta space. After all, if you already have a coffee crème de la crème waiting for you, why shouldn't you have one from fashion, design or architecture? Because a neighborhood without shops, restaurants and bars is not really a neighborhood, it is just a time of rest. Welcome to the neighborhood that saw the birth of Prata Riverside Village.
In 1998, nations from all over the world got to know EXPO 98 and what was the stage for an architectural transformation that changed the landscape of Lisbon. Today, Parque das Nações is one of the largest Portuguese business centers where there is no shortage of luxury hotels, cultural and leisure spaces, and a riverside area overlooking the trace of Renzo Piano.
Among the elements that most inspired Renzo Piano, while designing Prata Riverside Village, are the sails of the boats that sail daily on the Tagus and that are part of the city's unique personality. This riverside inspiration was so striking for the Italian master's line that all the apartments at Prata Riverside Village have a river view. It is part of your home, just like the green spaces and its entire riverfront.
The balcony in the morning, the living room window at lunch, the outdoor park between the end of the day and the beginning of the night. At Prata Riverside Village every moment has its own unique view that you can keep, share or simply enjoy.
All apartments have river views, but each has its own light. Living in a work of art called Prata Riverside Village is just like that, it has unrepeatable details.
The details are part of a list of finishes carefully selected by the architectural firm of Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Apartments with generous areas inside, on their balconies and outdoor space, all units have 1, 2 or 3 parking spaces depending on the typology, guided by an ever-present environmental awareness that dictated the choice of energy-efficient materials, could be your next home.
