The property is about 1.6 km from the Industrial area and the center of Vila de Sobrado, a few meters from the access node to the A41. It has good access, streets with completed infrastructures and reasonable transport network.

The land is unobstructed, without any construction, but fully infrastructure, with access road, water and electricity supply networks and water drainage networks, domestic and wastewater. In view of the extremely rugged topography of the area, an earthwork was carried out on the land of Parcel D, which implied the dismantling of two elevations located to the north and south, moving the work platform to the 270.00 level.
At the end of 2018 and taking into account the parameters of the PDM, an implantation study was developed, estimating the construction of industrial units / warehouses with a total area of 75,000 m2, which is also registered in the CPU.
