Real estate land

The Estate was developed around the transport of people, animals and agricultural products to the right bank of the Guadiana River.

The Estate contains a plot of about 5.5 ha, of the river domain, of which it has the exclusive use, duly titled; staying in the northern part of the Herdade.
It is accessed via a path suitable for cars.

Urban Appetite
There are ruins of an urban building.
This estate is located in the protected area of the Guadiana, and no construction is possible.
However, the existing building can be rebuilt, through the existing ruins, it could support a charming villa, facing the Guadiana and with a pier for a small boat.
An architectural project was prepared for it.

Agricultural appetite. 
There is, at the moment, an old olive grove,
reinforced, in about 5 ha. There are also some almond trees.
The estate has been irrigated with water from the Guadiana, duly licensed. 
The remaining area can be forested or used, in the way that the future owner sees fit.
